ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ to Play Host to FCA "Game Day" Rally
More than 250 junior high and high school students will gather at the University of Louisiana at Monroe Saturday for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes "Game Day Rally" prior to the Indians game with Wyoming.
The rally will begin at 4:30 p.m. at the Lady Indian Softball Complex and everyone is invited to attend.
Coaches and players from both ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ and Wyoming will give testimonies and participants will worship with a local praise band. A game day message will be delivered by Dr. David Uth of First Baptist Church in West Monroe. Roger Carr, offensive coordinator and one of two Huddle Coaches at ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥, will also be one of the speakers.
Students attending the event will receive a "Game Day" t-shirt and ticket to the football game for $5. The FCA group will sit together as a group at the football game which kicks off at 7 p.m. in Malone Stadium.
