ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ Honor Society of Nursing to present information on complimentary therapies
Sigma Theta Tau, Lambda Mu Chapter, the International Honor Society of Nursing, will be presenting a workshop in conjunction with the University of Louisiana at Monroe School of Nursing on Friday, April 7. The workshop will be from 7:30 a.m. to 1:20 p.m. in ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥'s College of Nursing Auditorium.
The program is entitled Complimentary Therapies in Nursing Practice: Nutritional Influence on Health/Disease and Bioenergetic Therapy. The workshop will identify a variety of complimentary therapies that are currently utilized in healthcare.
This continuing education program is designed for health care providers, community members, clients and anyone interested in complimentary therapy. Speakers will include Dr. John Jester, Dr. Lynda Hamner and Lillian Mathews, BSN, RN.
