ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ and Small Business Administration provide workshop on loan programs
Entrepreneurs and small business people who may want to start or expand a small business can find out about the loan programs available through the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) in a free workshop being presented by the Small Business Development Center at the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
This workshop will meet Tuesday, May 16 from 6 to 8 p.m. in ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ Administration Building room 2-105.
JoAnn Lawrence from the SBA will explain the different types of loan programs available, when to use them, who is eligible, what the requirements are and how to apply for the loans.
Other SBA programs discussed include: 7 (a) Loan Guaranty, Low Documentation Loan, DAPLine (lines of credit), FASTRAK Loans, Export, Defense Loans and Technicall Assistance, 7 (m) MicroLoan, 504 Loans for fixed asset financing, and Certified and Preferred Lenders.
