ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ professors named to professional board
Dr. Judy A. Fellows, Associate Professor and Endowed Professor of Communicative Disorders at the University of Louisiana at Monroe has been elected President of the Louisiana Speech-Language-hearing Association for 2002. She was also named the Outstanding Professor in the College of Allied Health and Rehabilitation Professions in 2001.
Other ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ professionals also serving on the Board of Directors
include Dr. Paxton Oliver, Professor and Head of Department of
Communicative Disorders; and Leslie McCormack, part-time Instructor
in the Department of Communicative Disorders.
"I know they will do a great job leading and participating
in the organization that represents about 850 speech-language
pathologists, audiologists, speech-language pathology assistants,
and students", said Dr. David Irwin, Dean of the College
of Allied Health and Rehabilitation Professions.
