ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ Students And Professors Do Summer Research In Guinea

Six area dental hygiene students at the University of Louisiana at Monroe were honored at the annual ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ Dental Hygiene banquet held recently.

Grace Phillips of Monroe received the Alpha Eta, Allied Health Honor Society, Award; and the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Honorable Mention Award. Leslie Williams of Monroe received the Louisiana Dental Hygiene Association Outstanding Student Award. Lori Bonnett of Monroe received the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Honorable Mention Award. Angie Pailette of Monroe received the ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ Radiology Award.

Nicole Sanders of Choudrant received the Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Hygiene Honor Society Award, the Ark-La-Miss Dental Specialty Award and the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Honorable Mention Award. Alisha Copeland of Minden received the Student Professionalism Award.
