Assistant Professor Of Mass Comm At ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ Featured In Discussion On The Internet

Joel Willer, Assistant Professor of Mass Communications at the The University of Louisiana at Monroe, was chosen from among hundreds of applicants from around the country to represent college radio broadcasters at a hearing on pending copyright rules for streaming audio on the internet. Willer is also faculty supervisor of the ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ campus radio station, KXUL.

Willer has recently been involved in a national effort to participate in this process that has garnered national media attention. Today's discussion is being webcast at http://www.tvworldwide.com.
