ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥'s Chautauqua Nexus to Talk About the State of Monroe
The Chautauqua Nexus at the University of Louisiana at Monroe will meet Friday, October 4 at 4:30 p.m. on the sixth floor of the ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ Library. Featured speaker, Robert Eisenstadt, ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ Assistant Professor of Economics, will be leading a discussion on the State of Monroe.
The State of Monroe, modeled after the State of the Union concept, is a chance for people who work or live in Monroe to get together and talk about where the city has come in a year.
These weekly meetings are informal conversations attempting to connect people of all ages who are interested in intellectual and cultural exchanges. The Chautauqua Nexus usually meets once a week. Everyone is invited.
