ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ To Host College Readiness Fair for Area High School Students
The Office of Recruitment and Admissions at ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ will host a College Readiness Fair for area ninth and tenth-grade high school students and their parents Tuesday, May 9. The event is free of charge and will occur in the University Conference Center on the 7th floor of the library from 5:30 - 7 p.m.
This special program has been designed for northeast Louisiana high school students to help them meet college admission requirements at four-year, public institutions.
At the College Readiness Fair, students and their parents will have the opportunity to attend presentations on topics such as admission requirements, ACT/SAT preparation, financial aid, and the TOPS scholarship.
There will also be a college browse session where participants will be able to visit with representatives from colleges throughout Louisiana.
