6th Annual Student Research Symposium to Showcase ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ Students' Work
ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ students will showcase their outstanding research at the 6th Annual Student Research Symposium Wednesday, April 26 from 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. in the ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ Library Conference Center, located on the 7th floor. The awards ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m.
Participation in the Student Research Symposium continues to grow. The inaugural Symposium, held in the spring of 2001, featured the work of approximately 85 ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ students. Last year, over 560 students made presentations.
There will be two separate venues available to display students' work: Poster Presentations and Platform Presentations.
Students choose from either of these platforms depending on which is the most ideal to display their work. All ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ students who are involved in research are invited to showcase their work.
Students who are actively pursuing their degrees and who have been officially enrolled in either undergraduate or graduate programs during the 2005-2006 academic year are eligible to participate in the event.
