Construction management program receives notice of reaccreditation
The American Council for Construction Education (ACCE) reaffirmed the ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ School of Construction Management's accreditation in July at its annual meeting in Milwaukee.
Programs are accredited for a six-year duration pending interim reports during that time period. The acceptance of the School of Construction Management's three-year interim report clears the program of any other reporting requirements (except for major changes that may occur within the structure of the program) until reaccreditation in 2009.
What is now the School of Construction Management at the University of Louisiana at Monroe was the first construction program in the nation to receive accreditation from ACCE at its annual meeting in 1976.
