Governor to visit ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥â€™s new College of Pharmacy building

On Aug. 2 at approximately 3:30 p.m., Gov. Kathleen Blanco will visit ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥â€™s Bienville Building, located at 1800 Bienville Dr. The community is invited to attend.

During a brief presentation, Lamar Pritchard, College of Pharmacy dean, will talk about the new 132,000-square-foot Bienville Building, located about one mile from ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥â€™s campus. Pritchard will also address College of Pharmacy research, goals and new initiatives, including the new satellite campus in Shreveport. Blanco will also make brief remarks.

Pritchard, along with ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ pharmacy students, looks forward to publicly thanking Blanco for her contributions to the College of Pharmacy.
