RADT department awarded maximum accreditation period
The University of Louisiana at Monroe Radiologic Technology department has been awarded the maximum accreditation period of eight years by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology.
JRCERT is the only agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education for the accreditation of educational programs in radiography, radiation therapy, magnetic resonance, and medical dosimetry.
It completed its accreditation review of the ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ Radiologic Technology department after the Oct. 20 JRCERT meeting. The program was evaluated according to the Standards for an Accredited Educational Program in Radiologic Sciences (2002).
