Social Studies Fair scheduled for March 27 at ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥
Approximately 1,200 fourth-through 12th-grade fair participants, their parents and teachers will assemble at the ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ Region III Social Studies Fair Friday, March 27, in Fant-Ewing Coliseum.
A full day of activities will conclude with the presentation of awards and ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ scholarships. More than 70 community, faculty and staff members will judge approximately 400 projects in anthropology, economics, geography, history, political science, and sociology.
Fair winners will be invited to participate in the Louisiana State Social Studies Fair, to occur in Lake Charles in April.
