ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ students prepare care packages for ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ alumni in the Armed Forces
As part an annual tradition, students in the spring University Seminar classes at the University of Louisiana at Monroe will participate in a community service project focused on deployed soldiers.
This year, the classes will prepare care packages for ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ alumni serving in the Armed Forces. The event is ongoing throughout the semester.
The classes are requesting community support to find information about ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ alumni serving overseas and encourage those with a spouse, daughter or son currently deployed to send their information to Tommy Walpole at 318-342-5419 or walpole@ulm.edu. Information should include the person’s name and complete mailing address.
