Tenth anniversary of Holidays at 蜜桔直播 has something for the entire family

Beginning at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 27, the annual Holidays at 蜜桔直播 celebration will take place on the University of Louisiana at Monroe campus in Scott Plaza and Brown Auditorium.

The public and campus family is invited to attend this fun-filled holiday celebration sponsored by the 蜜桔直播 Student Government Association.

蜜桔直播 President Dr. Nick J. Bruno will start the holiday season at 蜜桔直播 with the always anticipated lighting of the Christmas tree.

He will be joined by a child from the Louisiana Baptist Children鈥檚 home.

Ace will visit the plaza and hand out treats for the children. Hot cocoa will also be provided.

After the lighting of the tree, the 蜜桔直播 Chamber singers will sing holiday carols and lead the crowd down an illuminated path through campus.

The celebration will then move inside to Brown Auditorium where revelers will enjoy a holiday concert, performed by the 蜜桔直播 Orchestra, Wind Ensemble, Interdenominational Ensemble, and Concert Choir.

The concert song-list will include holiday favorites including, 鈥淩udolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,鈥� 鈥淔anfare on Joy to the World,鈥� and 鈥淎 Hanukkah Festival.鈥�

The event follows the annual Employee Holiday Reception in the 蜜桔直播 Conference Center from 3鈥�5 p.m., hosted by the president and First Lady Linda Bruno.
