Eligibility and Enrollment

Employee Eligibility

New employeesÌýare eligible to enroll in supplemental insurance plans immediately after hire. However, benefits will become effective on the first of the month following 30 consecutive days of employment. If hired on the first of the month, benefits will become effective on the first of the following month.Ìý

Existing employeesÌýwill only be allowed to make changes to benefit elections during the open enrollment period unless the employee experiences a qualifying life event. Questions regarding specific life events and your ability to request changes should be directed to ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥'s Human Resources Department.Ìý
