Any person may file a report of sex discrimination, sexual misconduct (including sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, dating violence, domestic violence and stalking), and other incidents of power-based violence or retaliation by completing the following online form:Ìý

Retaliation
Retaliation is defined as acts or attempted acts for the purpose of interfering with any report, investigation, or proceeding, or as retribution or revenge against anyone who has reported sexual discrimination, sexual misconduct or power-based violence or who has participated (or is expected to participate) in any manner in an investigation, or proceeding under the Sexual Misconduct and Power-Based Violence Policy. Prohibited retaliatory acts include, but are not limited to, intimidation, threats, coercion, or discrimination. Title IX prohibits Retaliation as does ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥â€™s Sexual Misconduct and Power-Based Violence Policy. Retaliation should be promptly reported to the Title IX Coordinator.

Confidential AdvisorsÌýare available to help. Confidential Advisors are designated individuals who have been trained to aid a person involved in a sexual misconduct complaint in the resolution process as a confidential resource.
Supportive Measures
Supportive measures are Non-disciplinary, non-punitive individualized services are offered as appropriate, as reasonably available, and without fee or charge to the parties before or after the filing of a Formal Complaint or where no Formal Complaint has been filed. Such measures are designed to restore or preserve equal access to the education program or activity without unreasonably burdening the other party, including measures designed to protect the safety of all parties or the Institution’s educational environment, or deter sexual harassment. Supportive Measures may include counseling, extensions of deadlines or other course-related adjustments, modifications of work or class schedules, campus escort services, mutual restrictions on contact between the parties, changes in work or housing locations, leaves of absence, increased security and monitoring of certain areas of the campus, and other similar measures.
